This is a well known mod on alteriwnet,
its a mod wich features bots that can play, they shoot, walk and they talk!
I have also i version where i opened the .IW files with winrar and extracted the folders to let it work for steam version of mw2.
Note:
The Steam version might not work as good as the AlterIWNet version.

too bad sometimes a random bot comes and just shoots you down :S

Not really
Simply download MW2 Liberation by AgentCOD.
Start it, select BotMod, then Load Game and your done.
i got the bots working yay now how do i play a ranked game with useing the mod
xblive_privatematch 0 or something like that.
