I have a problem with the alteriwnet Mods. The files are. iwd and when I change to. gsc, there aren`t not real words, only so confused character.
My question is : how can I change this ? And how are the alteriwnet Mods coded ?

Unzip them.

you have to download winrar (I think everybody on the world got that already)

then you open with winrar

after that you can see the maps:

maps->mp->gametypes->in here you can see the _rank.gsc
