You can create one yourself, or use a existing one.
How to create yourself:
1. make a textfile called rank.txt.
2. change the extension of the file to .gsc

as above or if you read any of the Gsc Modding-for-Beginners there is a link for the Gamescripts zip witch has all of the .gsc file u will need
