I think Alt + enter doesn't work in Black Ops, I know I can use alt + enter in MW2 but i don't think it's possible to do that in BO.

or just hit windows key + tab to change switch between windows

Ah thanks but do you know why i can't Play in windowed mode with alt + enter?

Doesn't work on all computers somehow.
okay alt enter doesnt seem to work anymore. (worked in vista for me, dunno why win7 is blocking it)
so change it ingame in graphics like nova said or use winkey+tab
