Forgot to mention that in my previous post: the fake DMCA complaint -> you can see it in Gayarch.
Google didn't even notice anything odd in that name.
@others: Treyarch does not file complaints, they give all their money to their publisher so they take care of that so if a video gets removed by Treyarch it says Activision Games Inc.
