Also due to some problems in the past we had here with the link you posted I removed it to prevent that from happening again.

99.99999% chance that it does not work with people running their own unmodified game.
He probably found a way to compile a .ff file, he also decompiled the mw2 .menu files while everyone else failed to do that.
