but i try 1 to 5 nothing helps it says read only,
is there a way to crack that??

hmm doesnt look like a release to ME! Yes it IS the WRONG section, narf
but..to answer your question: No it is not possible to set yourself as a ranked host.
The Dvar is blocked like every other important dvar that could be usefull to push up your stats.
