you just need to set "write protected" on your localization.txt file. thats all. i verified black ops game files several times, updated etc... still english and not one single problem at all and you only need to do that once

under your instruction it just says the word "attached" without giving a file.

well it was attached but it seems that it bugged out. since i dont have black ops installed anymore you need to ask someone with an english installation to share
