No, hardcoded, my servers just got patched and restarted. They claim for stability improvements, I guess the main reason was to enable double XP (read only DVAR probably; no time now to check it out)
What about uploadStatsSoon? No way to load data from contracts? cuz see something about enable it in private macht.
