SgtLegend I am based on that that match time ~ 20 minutes no more, the weapon only msr and l96a1 , you can't kill a tactical knife, hardly you will make more than 70 murders without Aimbot though, you have an source code, you can change it as you wish...

Just make a timer between kills.
If it less than 200-300 msecs -> kick him.
