The first BF4 image looks really crap, but that's weird because rechyyy have 2 piece of GTX770 in SLI.

That sure is BF4 on max settings. You'll have to keep in mind that CoD has always looked good in small screens (compare fullscreen and windowed mode on a large monitor), while battlefield looks better the higher resolution it uses. So the reason why BF4 might look a bit worse is, as you say, because of the image compression.
