hello everyone i want to ask you about that my server always crashes when i use plugins i just need to type any command then it crashes so whats the problem ??

well i'm using tekno but the problem is solved lol i don't know how but sometimes when i run the server it tells me that plugin loaded and credits and such and from that i know that it wont crash but other times it doesn't show any of that and just run like it has no plugins and from that i know that it will crash if i write any command
