Sorry to break it to you but we don't support warez so sorry nobody can make it. And don't use Notepad to modify .dll's that is WAAAAAAAY off what you're supposed to use._.

If you want to learn how to program for .dll files in MW3 learn C# and use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Hope that helps!
