What are they trying to say?

What are they trying to say by this?
As I didn't find rests of any 'real' scrapped map, the similarity of mw3 maps and old maps, and the time stamp on the image I suppose they say that they were in hurry.

But what if there's more to it? What if these numbers means anything.
Also, the buildings, are they similar to real ones? Why would they leave this?

Trying to show something, just forgetting, or trolling?
What are your believes?

why'd they keep that in the files as it could be called controversial? Seems, odd.

Let the conspiracy theories begin.

Tbh, that could be just something very simple, as they actually were in a hurry, not trying to say something at all lol, but they were (as always) lazy, so they left the maps there.

The blue text on the bottom right?

That is just the build version / changelist of the game.
You can see that on any CoD if you go in console and type /version
