I'm hosting it 8 months and I'm also not yet banned

I always used an up to date version of liberation and vac_chaos, never hosted in public match and hosted for 3 months then kept hosting with liberation(in priv match) until black ops is released.

Thats because of VAC Chaos, liberation is safer than it, still remember how my clan mates got banned with vac chaos
