This is more for users for creating hacks/mods; as far as i know this means nothing to the usual player.

well it can be used by everyone, we have enough "easy to learn" Tutorials in the MW2 and Black Ops Tutorial sections to learn from.

all you need is effort, enough time and the motivation to learn something
