Is that it is possible to change the FPS on a dedicated server
From 25 to 250 FPS.
As on Counter Strike Source

Which is not changeable in CS:S anymore since 1.5 years when Hidden Path Entertainment updated CS:S to use the Orange Box Engine and since then the tickrate is forced on 66 to prevent unforseen movement speeds of entities.
