[Request] Sniper Plugin [Hardscope, Noscope]

Hey everyone!

S=Secounds
Can some create me a Sniper Plugin?
I just want No Noscope Damage and Automatic Descope after 1 S.
Perfect would be:
0-350 ms = No damage [+Message for the Player; Example: ^1 Only Quickscoping]
500-600 ms = No damage [+ Message]
1s = Automatic Descope
With ms I mean not the time in the Scope, I mean the whole Scope (since Clicking Scope).
I think its not very hard to create this plugin, but i have no experience with wirting Plugins.
Sry for Spamming, but i dind't set the other Post as a Request and the were not like i want the plugin now.

0-350 =No Damage 350-500=Damage 500-1s=no damage and after 1 s. descope.

Yes, but it doesnt work like i want. The player get warned but the player who was hardscoped takes the damage.

No you have to input the damage into the outputter of the sniper, adjust the angle of the scope to the left degree, add a loop around it and it should switch back to the dll file.

There are some Sniper Server which have No Hardscope damage, but i don't know why.

I made two versions of the plugin, it looks like I forgot to add the other one to the thread. Anyway here's the plugin that most sniper servers use, it removes the damage and it doesn't add warnings or anything like that.
