A trainer for RAGE available now!

A Updated trainer for RAGE available now!
Keys have been re-aranged in this new update that is to come - you will have to live with my layout since there isnt too many keys to select from. unfourtunately
also skiped a few options which werent to important to take the time from me to release it as quickly as i wanted it to be.
Note: Current trainer added had one error, Numpad 6 does not have any option assigned to it. Booster / Turbo is not used by this key as its a simple erorr by me since i missed it when i changed to another key.
Soo discregard from that key in the info for now! correct key is -> F11
No Numpad 6 key used!
Options Are:
F12 - Trainer Activation.

This will activate the Trainer!
F1 - Infinite Health.
F2 - Add Cash.
F3 - Set Cash - 999999.
F4 - Infinite Ammo.
F6 - Infinite Granades / Explosives.
F7 - Infinite WingSticks.
F8 - Super Accuracy.
F10 - Infinite Wehicle Health.
F11 - Infinite Wehicle Booster / Turbo.
Insert - One Hit Kill.
End - Super Lock Enemies.
Home - Super Reach.
Page Up - Super Speed - Lite.
Page Down - Super Speed - Boosted.
Numpad 1 - Super Jump - Lite.
Numpad 4 - Super Jump - Boosted.
Numpad 5 - Super Jump - Extreme.
Teleporter:
Numpad 0 - Store Position.
Numpad 2 - Teleport.
Numpad 3 - Undo Teleportion.

Also removed damage from falling since i got tired of hearing him scream everytime he jumped and landed 
so no more painfull landings.
Also might add in more options if i can find time over for it. right now i am awaiting my Birthday soon soo will see what happens later one from now.
Also working on things to aid in speeding up the training process.
