Fucking awesome.

Developers, this is how you fight piracy. Pirated copies of Skyrim won't have steam workshop integration, so they won't automatically download new mods, and pirates can't upload mods at all. U JELLY? pirates?

Bethesda was always nice to modders. Like VALVe.

Also I think the Skyrim Beta (activate in Steam settings; Beta participation -> Skyrim Beta) already has it. Didn't look at it though.
Also Steam Workshop is currently in Beta (any game) and is limited to 40 MB per file apparently. Most Bethesda game mods are bigger than that.
