Use Cheat Engine to modify it and to make any rank you want ( 1-80 )
Forgot, its the EXP value so to make you some 30 rank for example, write 340000
This works for current game version, later i will add weapon camo,unlock addresses

Someone, go to max prestige, max xp and unlock everything quick, then upload your file.

The file is probably steam account locked. Before the steam cod games it was locked via cdkey.

Yes you can....just do it in barracks to be safe
