MW3 Hardcore questions.

Sorry to beat a head horse, but I'm new to MW3 and it's an old game.
But, is there anyway to disable the 10 sec spawn delay in hardcore mode?
I tried setting it to zero, but it has no affect. And I changed it to 5 seconds, but still it takes 10 secs to spawn you.

Also, is there any way to change the jump height?
