Let Server send commands

LOL!

OBVIOUSLY its not map rotate, but you *could* use a randomint as map num with select and run your own
"hard coded" map rotation.

Know it works! I dont know but then the finalkillcam is out and Exitlevel(false); with more wait ; it works
