Hey guys, my search engines (all of it) has been infected with a virus that redirects me to a website that sells crap. I've had it last time, but I reformatted my computer and I do not wish to do that again.
Can you guys please help me!
Thanks so much!

check your hosts file, windows search. post it
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
No need to post it, blanking it works as well.

Oh okay.
Since I had websites inside there that contained spyware found by Spybot, I thought it was legit.
I forgot how to save hosts as a "File" format.
It saves as a Text Document. -.-
EDIT: Oh nevermind my friend helped me with it.

just open the file with notepad, del the hosts and hit save.
Uh just incase you should scan your comp with Malwarebytes, dont want that happening again.
Omg the redirect is still here -.-
d0h- Yea I've done that bit
Bloopbloop- Done it several times, no infected items.

Hmm For Firefox and Chrome, you got any strange addons/extensions?
Otherwise, the only other thing I can think of is a rootkit which would be a PIA to remove.
Nope, never use addons. But I'll double check.
Yea I've tried rootkiller or something. Didn't work. Scanned for 5 secs?
