PEOPLE DO YOU HEAR ME? He asks that for THEATRE, not for server. How can you modify theatre with dvars that can't be used without Nukem's addon (means only servers)?

btw it can be hacks, because vac dont detect cheats in theatre mode
or
we need just name of texture in .IWD file, which can be removed for hiding it.
