For the 'start_map_rotate' and similar map not loading bugs:
This is IW's fault and if you don't believe me, remove the addon and this glitch still happens.

my servers without addons luncher work fine....since you update it, it dosent work

could other crashing be down to plugins?

Here is what i get when I load the server. Note that no plugins try to load. Also half the time it does not inject the tool atall.

It doesn't help to post a picture, please follow atleast some of the guidelines.

Are there any crash logs/dumps? If so, post them (on pastebin)

Are you using a shortcut to run the actual server?

Yes. If U mean desktop shortcut with this in target
"D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3\iw5mp_server.exe" +start_map_rotate +set sv_maprotation default

i have just updated and removed some plugins that could conflict ie fov ping xp manager and all seems fine just now

since the Version 1.202 update mine has been runnign fine using the following plugins

permission plugin
promod plugin
warn plugin
pm manager plugin
serveradmin plugin

and set to ranked and all seems fine 1hr uptime so far
