I dont know what rolls are there already in, my suggestions:

+ Thermal Roll: thermal vision
- Its not night yet, dumbass: nightvision
+ HBS pro: long range and fast heartbeat sensor detection
+ Bulleye: throwing knife
+++++ OPA: OPA
- Swimming: underwater vision

@Yamato it's probably r_FilmTweak not r_Film as there is no dvar called r_filmEnable.

I copied it from the vision files by @Gagarin , Big Grin

Checked mw2 files, and is same as mw3, that dvar doesnt exist but appears there.
