Can someone make a plugin that will show the welcome message when different rank join the server, with different rank there will be a different message for they. Not like 1 simple message repeat when anyone connect

Code:
connectmessage = ^7Welcome ^1<rank> ^2<playername> ^7join the server.

how would they actually get a better rank than the default one?

ie: Admin, Mod, User.
