have that one loaded right now but it still doesnt work for some reason!?!?1

But Admin and Moderator works now!

Did you add the Group to the Usergroups= ??
And the *ALL* Only Works For The Admin Group

About the *ALL* line i ment that i want to use that on the owner permissions
is that not possible?

I got it working with the configs of casper but now when i talk my text apears in normal chat and in chatplugin?
how come?

i am now using the permissions plugin you posted and still when i type something it comes double like :

[Owner] JayJax-HD: test
JayJax-HD: test

and everybody sees it like that!
