With this tool you can can change your Modern Warfare 3 background easily:

My IW5M / MW3 is a version jack sparrow unregistered version if you know what I mean, and therefore need a version with Support for pirated copies.

Well, as @kokole said - this program is not supported anymore, buy glasses.
Also he wouldn't make it for 4x1.... I think...
