Help Modding Zombie Mode

So first, I have followed many tutorials about loading mods for Singleplayer/Zombie Mode like using the Mod tools and link it to common_zombie_patch.ff or the same with that open_menu thing.
But I never accomplished to make my changes visible.
What I want:
- Reducing the amount of health that Zombies get from 100 to 5
- Set the maximum amount of Zombies from 24 to 60 (More Zombeeys!)
- Set the amount of Zombies per player from 6 to 30 (Again more Zombeeys!)
- Set the speed multiplier from 8 to 1 so Zombies stay slow for a long time.
What I tried:
Editing the _zombiemode.gsc in maps
and
Editing the zombiemode.csv in mp
What happened:
Nothing!.
What I've done wrong?
I don't know!
If you know how to apply my changes then please tell it me.
p.s:
I made a mod in mods called zombiemod (mods/zombiemod)
I loaded it with the second method.
in this mod (mods/zombiemod) there are both files I edited.
mods/zombiemod/maps/_zombiemode.gsc
and
mods/zombiemod/mp/zombiemode.csv

buy cod waw and mod it! some of ideas are impossible i think about that set from 24 to 60 zombis that i think its impossible engine limite or there will come lag or somthing like that...

When i am modding CoDWaW, i am feeling myself in previous age... It's too old, lol.
