can someone please make the plugin for this and not just parts of it, because i tried to make it, but i have no idea how to do that.

Iv'e already made it with the help from Pieter and zxz0O0, been running it a while now and works a treat.
Gonna release it soon.
oh just realised it's obviously integrated with the speed plugin so, credits for that part go to pozzuh.
