fraps, msi afterburner OSD, bandicam, there are so much utilities able to do this....

Why doesn't Fraps work for you? I could make this for you but this would be retarded since Fraps/Xfire/Dxtory/Bandicam isn't really an overhead as long as you don't use the recording feature.
