pcie graphic cards are using 16 lanes which are mostly black or blue slots
the little 4 lanes slots are for cards like soundcards, ssd cards or anything else
the other white slots are for everything else like soundcards, lan cards, tv cards etc..
the pic is fucked up, i only see your graphic card, the little card which is either the onboard ssd or wifi card and one white slot
also clean it, so much dust
edit again: seems that you only have one pci express slot for your graphic card, there is no other slot that you could use for the card
