i'm just modding with mw2 libration and i would kick people who are cheating etc.

do you know an easy program (with link) to ban people private in my mods.

look into the tools section, there is a tool called "permban".
its your own little vac database

is there not an easyer method?

this is the easiest way
you can put every guid into your ban script in every mod you host too, but thats much more work
