I started the server with addons on a Windows 7 PC and it worked fine, but on Windows 8 it crashes at starts, and I think the problem is the d3d9 library.

Could you make a d3d9.dll file compatible with Win 8?
Please dont tell me Win8 is crap, Win8 is shit, I dont care, I have Win8 and dont want to format and install Win7.

If it is not working this can be done,
Open server exe with a hex editor. Find d3d9.dll and rename it to x3x9.dll save it and ok. Now rename the d3d9.dll to x3x9.dll.
