hello i need liberation.exe but only the exe can sb help me (not full only exe please)

The exe file doesnt work from the Liberation,1.05v. what should i do to get this to work?
Any other versions that works online public?
it works, make sure its not blocked by your antivir/firewall and add it to the exclusion/white list.
run it as admin
