whenever i want to play without mods( what anyway only works private) i join a match but after 3 seconds i get kicked and the message "cheat entdeckt" appears its german for cheat detected.:-/
That means you are banned.

That's all, no more. did you unload the "mod" before trying to play in ranked servers?
i use modern warfare 2 liberation and lobbytracker, but i tried it without a loaded mod and after without liberation
Well, you can use Liberation to unlock private games, but not online.
How to solve it? Buy the game again!

Break into the IW headquarters and take hostages? Seriously, there is no possibility to unban a profile. All the things you use that are against the rules of the game are at own risk, nobody can guarantee you that you will not be banned.
