Can I use the Speed Plugin or the Permissions Plugin ( Version 1.9.461) or something like that at the version 1.9.463 ?

Hmm when i start the deicated Server Tool ob MY pc is show version 1.9.463. But I want to buy a Server so want be sire that there is no version because when the Server by the Hostrt arr for 1.9.463 I cant install Plugins . But can you say me where your server is hosted and first abig thanks for helping :D
delete 1.9.463 mp_server.exe and use this one.

A huge thx for your Help but my Server is hosted by Game Server Hosting Site. So I cant delete the Server.exe .

A huge thx for your Help but my Server is hosted by Game Server Hosting Site. So I cant delete the Server.exe .
In that case upload it to your ftp, and ask them to replace it, i had to do this to mine, however i have full access to all files so was an easy fix for me once i knew what was causing the issue.
