every time i put the d3d9.dll in mw3 folder i get error, when i remove its runs fine after that. Im using tekno 2.7.0.1 . Whats the problem,why i get this error ?

No difference, it seems it is another d3d9.dll file, try to install DirectX June 2009/2010, i had same problem, but i figured it out.

Even I had it and somehow in teknogods, I solved it.
you need a Hex Editor..

1- open iw5mp_server.exe with hex editor.

2- Press Ctrl+F, in text. search for d3d9.dll

3- replace it to this.... x3x9.dll

4- Now save and go to your game folder

5- Rename d3d9.dll to x3x9.dll

6- Now all problems solved
