i have problem and it's really important for me.
i want to create server with a mod.(on nemexies or ibrain ops ,, not important)
i want to know that,, to can i run a online server with a mod.
if i can,, how?

It's important because both of the devs on those projects are faggots. And the websites are ran by incompetent shits who think they can do good by running stolen source code. Also nemexis is being ran by former interLabs owner/SecretSchemes who got a C&D.

Ontopic:
You can buy server @gametracker.com. Then go to my.gameservers.com, use your data to login, then find mods window, write your mod name there, but then download any FTP client, login with using my.gameservers.com data and upload your mod folder there.

tl;dr version: google it

Only thing is ours is not stolen.
