Will you keep the ammo what was in the gun, or you just get the gun with the ammo you had?

You will get the weapons that which was in the hands of the dead man. The same amount of ammunition. If in the hands were akimbo - you pick up akimbo. If the weapons were attachments. They will also be on the weapon, which You picked up.
