Installation:
just download iw_26.zip and exstract it and move iw_26.iwd to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty black ops\main
then play the game and you will see the textures

Question: Does BO use a p2p system for camos, so everyone would/could see your guns with these camos (in killcams, or if they pick up your gun)?

no it is all server-sided.
meaning they have to have the same files as you do to see what you have different to theirs.

The texture are client-sided,u need everyone to have that file
