Hello guys.
I am facing issue with moving weapons to weaponType\projectile\weaponClass\rifle (Call of Duty 4). When shooting from such weapon I'm getting kick back effect. Is there any possibility to remove this kickback effect? I'll appreciate any help. Thanks.
As i know 'kickback' effect is animation.
Did you mean "recoil?"

Nope, I mean that player is being pushed back while shooting such weapon. You can really fly on MG or SMG Big Grin .

@GenaSG can you upload you weapon.gdt file so we can see what your talking about will make things alittle easier.

Yeap, that's the problem.
Maybe there is some kind of player flag to disable this effect?

What do you mean ? It's all about player.
Hello guys. I've found that this kickback is tied with weapon's fireTime value. This could be workaround for this issue. But works well only with fireType\single shot. So my question is. Is there any possibility to make player attack using scripts. Something like "+attack;wait-attack" only from script. Maybe via notify. I'll appreciate any help. Cheers.
Does the g_knockback dvar exist in CoD4? Just set that to 0 and it should work.

Dvar is only when you shoot another player, not when you shoot
