I have no idea if this is known already, but my friend Ingram just showed me this.

Go to your steam library -> mw2 mp -> properties -> BETA tab

You should now see this.

Click on the drop down list, select MW2 beta and enter the password "mw2beta". It now shows there was a problem opting in, but it didn't show that a few days ago.

Pretty interesting.

And what was the exact purpose of this thread? Other than showing you somehow could do "enter" the beta. I would be surprised if you started a download with all the dev maps and shit. Would've been an amazing exploit... Sadly it didn't.
