Well it is another update for RCXD Race MOD
This version include another set of building function from killingdyl, just to let mappers have more choice to create map and also for some advanced track etc...
For modders, I catalogize the coding to let people to have a better look
For maps, i only add one map ---- Havana (thanks Unr3strict3d)

Actually there are no change in visual, most change are in the code and map

Why is in havana spawning random cares sometimes?

Does this not work with latest patch? (1.09).

When I run the mod properly (not using itsmodloader) and start the map, the rc cars drive off but our camera stays at the starting line, so we cannot follow the actual rc cars..
