ok here is are my custom texture's
it took me a while to get it all working
because the tutorial on this site is great but is has a dds2iwi converter
that's not working, you need to use the original cod4 dss2iwi converter

Installation:
just download iw_26.zip and exstract it and move iw_26.iwd to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty black ops\main
then play the game and you will see the textures

you just need to update the new iwd x dds converter...
