Teleport the Person to a Death barrier.
I think that is the only way you can kill a player atm.

And for fall damag you need to remove the dead silence pro perk.
Does setting Health to a negative value work? I've never tried it before.

Will not kill a person. But the Health is not going to regenerate. so if you set it to -1337 it will stay @ -1337
i've used death bariers, sadly not all maps have them..
Hmm can you make the player go into spectate?
