im new to mods but i read the gsc tutorial over and over. and if someone can point me in the right direction of a tutorial on how to mod prestige and level just stuff like that it would be great.
first of all you need to go to disk C>Windows>System32 if you delete sytem32 you will become 10th prestige instantly

there is no prestige/level modding , sorry head over to console if you really have to prestige hack

Well, try to search here. ( Search bar ), or at other xboxfaggot's forums as ngu, mpgh etc
there are plenty of tutorials that exactly describe how to edit / add dvars
you can't hack your level in BO anymore
