When I try starting an unreal engine game it tells me "D3DCOMPILER_43.dll is not compatible with windows or contains an error". I tried updating directX but it says it's up-to-date, I then removed the .dll from my windows folder and used the updater, it redownloaded the file but it didn't fix the problem.
